Daily Duties at Horizon Health Center:
Oversaw development of Social Service Program policies and procedures and all related curricula while adhering to strict budgetary confines. Coordinated with funders to maintain and expand grant income and seek new funding opportunities to enhance programs. Participated in JCAHO Accreditation process. Responsible for hiring, firing, and training Social Service Program Managers.
