Daily Duties at Emc:

EMEA / ASPAC EU • Salvaged two year, $37 Million relationship (00’ and 01’) to be sunsetted in 2001’. • Over $7 Billion delivered in matrixed organizations. Product line analysis, Marketing, Operations, organizational politics and Sales plans from both companies where leveraged to produce partnership from two culturally different companies. • Tiered plan delivered short term tactical, mid range strategic and long-term synergistic milestones with exponentially greater revenue opportunities for both companies. • Directed work from over 100 individuals through shear leadership. • Managed sales, operations marketing and product development reports (six managers and associated staffs (32). Mid-West Regional Manager (CrosStor Software (EMC acquisition) Enterprise storage. • Created and executed strategic business plan, which culminated in liquid event. (Acquisition/IPO) through tactical new direct business and Strategic Channel business with large Telecom, Computer and Computer Storage companies. • Result = $350 Million acquisition. • Leadership role in branch office that grew to be largest company location. • Implemented HR, Operations, Planning, and infrastructure (including disaster recovery) Processes. Managed staff of 48.
