Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard:

Founder of new vertical within HP Healthcare. • Provided HP access to $70 Billion market with projected growth to $540 Billion in 08’ (DataQuest). • Designed, drove and executed Vertical Business Plan. Targeted and worked with Kaiser, Tenet HC, HC alliance of Greater Cincinnati, University of Utah, and Rocky Mountain HC. etc. • Managed staff of six sales representatives. • Successfully delivered coordinated participation across business units with separate P&L’s. • Managed Operations, Sales and Marketing across Business Units. • Primary negotiator and liaison with HP Contracts and Legal departments in six-month negotiation. • Medicare complete contracting sections 404. • Identified and worked with Sr. management to correct corporate liability in existing subcontracts that risked all HP customers Medicare revenue. • Delivered C level support and grass roots movement through persuasive evangelization and detailed cost / benefit analysis.
