Daily Duties at Kingwood Hospital:

Directed pt activities and program for 40-bed Adult Psychiatric Unit. Eight direct supervisees. Coordinated treatment staffings, assured program delivery, managed crisis interventions, coordinated with nursing and psychiatric staff. Marketed phsyicians and others increasing daily census to 0ver 80%. Resigned to join Dr. Bergmann in his practice.
