Conducted qualitative and quantitative primary market research to analyze revenue disparities between market segments. Consulted to the executive brand team and field sales force on how to improve sales in the lagging segment. • Completed a national market analysis to determine drivers of product sales performance and adverse trends locating key areas of revenue opportunity and identifying best sales practices • Created dynamic forecast model analyzing opportunity costs to corporate sales force based on product sales mix influencing greater promotion of and revenues from Aranesp product line • Developed the executive brand team’s strategic improvement plans to address a $1.5MM incremental revenue opportunity and increase market share by 5%
