Consulted to the executive brand team and field sales force on how to improve sales in the lagging segment. • Completed a national market analysis to determine drivers of product sales performance and adverse trends locating key areas of revenue opportunity and identifying best sales practices • Created dynamic forecast model analyzing opportunity costs to corporate sales force based on product sales mix influencing greater promotion of and revenues from Aranesp product line • Developed the executive brand team’s strategic improvement plans to address a $1.5MM incremental revenue opportunity and increase market share by 5%
