Daily Duties at Vanguard Group Of Investment Companies:
Reconcile all CWR (Check Writing Redemption) for client accounts. Maintain internal and external client relationships to facilitate process. Developed new spreadsheets and applications to streamline processes and increase efficiencies. Developed various Access databases. Project Assistant August 1996 - November 1997. While working for the Institutional Marketing division, I assisted the Management Team in developing and updating several on-line databases including The Vanguard Connection. While working for Integrated Control, I developed the Returned Items Database and Shareholder Control Training Database, as well as various project work for the Shareholder Control testing department.
