Daily Duties at Wachovia:
Responsible for the financial analysis of investment portfolios. Currently responsible for 185 investment officers with 12,900 accounts total managed. Manage all Performance Measurement processes in the North Carolina, Georgia, Atlanta and Florida regions. In addition to my analyst function, I am the corporate trainer for our business unit. I have developed curriculum for our new hire program and am currently redesigning all manuals, forms and databases.
