Daily Duties at Ac Lordi Consulting Group:

Oracle/EBT Billing-Revenue Conversion Project -Towers Perrin, Philadelphia, PA Supported, maintained, developed and enhanced the core operating system used by the Company. In this diversified role, I served as subject matter expert pertaining to the scheduling, monitoring and optimizing of business critical processes within the Oracle 11i Suite. Specific processes and knowledge in handling questions and or issues coming into the FRC Help Desk pertaining to the Oracle Application and other Financial Systems Log Call Records and Incident tickets for calls/emails from users. Manage FRC project Initiatives Troubleshoot and document Oracle related issues and work with users to effectively to resolve issues. Provided advanced level help desk support to 6000 worldwide end users. Help develop and maintain process documentation Process iMAC terminations. Lease Abstracting and Auditing. American Financial Reality Trust Develop and support the transfer of the company’s system that housed all leasing contract documentation. The systematic transfer from JD Edwards to the Propidex to a based system yielded about 1,600 contracts which did not transfer over. My role was to read through each contract and determine what type of contract was written and then properly transfer this information in the appropriate accounting line of business.
