Daily Duties at Cz Incorporated:

• Provides nationally professional consulting expertise in the area of aggression research and controlling violent behavior. Master trainer and certified use of force lead instructor for various industries and academies such as law enforcement, security, military, corrections, health care facilities and emergency medical, private corporate sectors and martial arts associations. Implements all aspects of use of force training and product applications pertaining to subject control skills. Teaches curriculum at Police Academies such as police patrol, verbal communications, de-escalation of force, civil disorders and riot control, violent behavior control, alternatives to use of force, in-custody death, officer safety/survival instructor, anti-terrorism response, CBRNE awareness & response SWAT integration, verbal and de-escalation defensive tactics, inmate control, spontaneous knife defense, ground avoidance and ground escape, combat firearms and close quarter countermeasures. Provides and coordinates program development, research, physical skills and curriculum training applications, administrative development and expert witness court testimony consulting for law enforcement use of force litigation.
