Daily Duties at Lowes:

Coordinated mass hurricane sales event. Worked effectively, conducted ongoing product knowledge training and motivation of employees. Effectively utilized computer inventory ordering systems requiring product and sales forecasting expertise. Operated and troubleshot multiple personnel time management systems requiring understanding the unique blend of employee requirements associated with sales forecasted. Evaluated, recommended, and implemented merchandising procedures. Developed and maintained daily interaction with purchasing dept and vendors to ensure appropriate inventory levels were maintained and earned the reputation for being the go-to person for other department managers. Consistently surpassed sales goals and profitability goals, maintained below average shrinkage levels, acquired highest employee morale. Successfully trained employees to enter and progress through higher management levels.
