Responsible for training, and developing monitoring techniques on the company wide LAN/WAN environment including: (6) Six years experience as an Enterprise Operations employee, focusing on monitoring multi-level Window and Unix platforms, Warehouse Storage, Sales and Service monitoring, BMC Control-M scheduling, BMC Patrol and Patrol Express, NetApp VERITAS backup process including sending 100+ cartridge tapes offsite to Iron Mountain, worked trouble tickets through second-level support, initiating change control requests through Microsoft’s Remedy Magic ticket application
