Daily Duties at Flowserve:
I worked in support of the Quality Management System as the lead QE on the inception of a new prototype valve line, communicating with Engineers in India and China. I initiatied and closed multiple supplier corrective actions with international suppliers in regard to defective parts and uneffective machining practices via powerpoint digital photos and conference calls. I was the lead contact between Flowserve manufacturing operations and international supliers. I was the Material Review Board Team Leader. I trained Quality and Industrial Technicians on QE tools and techniques, cordinant measuring machine use and techniques, optical comparators,NDT methods, measuring techniques and tools.
