Daily Duties at Key Financial:
Ran a net branch of a mortgage company. Started as a loan officer, first job in the industry. Ran face to face appointments, 3 per day, closed 2 out of 3 of them consistently. Strictly fha/va loans, max fees as I didn’t know any better. Was in the top 5 out of 2000 loan officers every month. Was offered to run an office after 5 months. Took an average small office and tripled it in a few months, they then asked me to take over their largest office which I broke all the sales records there. Owners then got greedy and started shorting pay and everyone was disgruntled and we all moved on.
