I ran a net branch of a mortgage company. Was ranked in the top 50 branches out of 3500. This was my first crack at running a mortgage company and figured out I found my calling. Responsible for recruiting, training, ongoing support in all aspects of the industry ranging from loan placement to advertising to sales pitches. Pre-qualify and originate loans, stay up on industry guidelines, trends and rates. Take care of payroll, bookkeeping and taxes. Was ranked in the top 50 branches out of 3500. Company went under.
