Daily Duties at Cerner Corporation:

I managed client relationships to sites for applications were in production. I worked closely with Cerner Consulting when new applications were implemented. I was responsible for client relationships, cash collections, enhancement sales, client satisfaction surveys & KLAS surveys, updating sales opportunities, competitive info and client production issue escalations with Cerner engineering teams. I made Cerner Millennium 100% Sales Club 2003.
