Managing client upgrades to more current release during each phase of the project: Project Planning & Management, Engaging, Project Kick Offs, Managing Configuration and Testing Events, Issues Resolution, Conversions Planning, Conversion Support and Turnovers. Internally managing assigned resources, approving time and expenses, reporting executives weekly concerning status of the project, updating MS Project Plan, managing weekly internal/client calls. Successfully implemented upgrade projects on time and under budget several times.
