Daily Duties at Collabria:
As Field administrator for southern region of U.S. I was Responsible for customer training on our Internet products which included: ecatalog, etracker and the administration editing tools. Developed training documentation and test software. Supported customers and their clients on installation and implementation issues. Assisted sales with presentations and technical quires.
