Daily Duties at Motivating Graphics:
Designed new pre-press department using PDF and ROOM workflows. Duties included: Coordinating customer jobs, preflight and building layouts in Preps, ripping jobs on the Rampage front end. Created proofs on Epson 9600 and output color imposition proofs. Made client corrections, burned plates on Fuji Violet and Creo plate makers. Produced customer jobs using Adobe Suite, Indesign, Preps, Pitstop and Monaco color calibration software. Presses included: Heidelberg 4/40, 5/40 sheet fed. Hantscho, Harris, and Nebiolo web presses. Responsible for Prep department included ordering all materials, equipment maintenance as well as all software upgrades and advised on networking solutions..
