 Assisted in the transfer of the Consumer Relations Department from Wisconsin to Ohio  Traveled to Wisconsin on a bi-weekly basis to gather information needed to complete the transition  Successfully created and maintained all information sources to better assist consumers and employees  Effectively trained new employee  Provided consumer service via email, telephone and postal mail  Entered consumer orders for warranty replacements  Provided weekly statistical data to management for call volume of the department
