Daily Duties at Convergys:
Responsible for payroll management, scheduling, weekly coaching and development of employees as well as monitoring employee calls Effectively resolved customer complaints, and conducted interview and hiring of new employees Administered payroll, requests for time off, FMLA tracking and compliance, employee incentive program and daily reporting Consistently provided statistical data to upper management, managed operations to ensure customer calls are handled in a timely and efficient manner Responsible for designing and implementing a special support team that was a liaison for the center and clients during migration periods of the customer base, resulting in more timely and efficient customer service Managed call center operations to ensure client contractual requirements were met and maintained Worked directly with the Training department to create and maintain information sources, resulting in more knowledgeable employees and improved customer relations Accounted for 61-119 employees as well as well as 6 Team Supervisors
