Daily Duties at Tjx Companies:
Provides third level technical support for Store Systems Store Web, Workbrain, Kronos, and eStore applications. Serves as primary point of contact for all critical issues and leads in facilitating resolution of high priority issues.Develops scripts for issue resolution for deployment to first and second level technical support. Works with development teams to identify required application changes to address ongoing support issues. Identifies overall support requirements trends.Recommends process improvements.Prioritizes support efforts based on priority and impact of various escalated issues.Provide training to help desk, store operations, and business users. Provide system administrative tasks and system deployments.
