.Supported network. 600+ LAN workstations (Windows 2000/98 and XP) across Novell Netware 5.1 .Imaged workstations with Drive Image Pro and Norton Ghost .Built workstation software applications through Novell’s Zen Works 3.2 and 2.0. .Provided hardware, software, network and end-user support for the entire campus and multiple wireless classrooms .Administered 30+ network printers, IP and NDPS, using Netware and HP Web Jet Admin .Created user accounts with granted access rights and group membership to network resources .Created user accounts in Lotus Notes for teachers, administrative staff and students
