.Installed operating systems and configured PC’s, printers and scanners in a network environment. Installed Windows XP on workstations and Laptops for State Employees. .Troubleshoot computer hardware and software problems including messaging protocols such as SMTP, IMAP and POP .Provided PC support and application support primarily for Microsoft 2000/XP and MS Office 2003 and general network connectivity support for the Beacon Team Project in their new facility.
