Daily Duties at The Pantry, Inc:
.Provided PC hardware/software and network support via phone, e-mail and one on one for 350+ users on Microsoft XP & 2003 networks. Dell and HP environment and Remedy ticketing software to track problem calls. .Performed installations, configurations, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting for PC's, printers .Coordinated the purchase and rollout of new hardware and software to local and remote users .Deployed and re-imaged desktops and laptops configure TCP/IP, backup and restore data and make changes to the registry to help user’s applications work. .Wrote custom technical documentation to support company’s Application and hardware needs.
