Daily Duties at Air Products & Chemicals:
Provided IT support to 7000+ Employee campuses at corporate headquarters. (Phone, Chat, Email). Often employing remote connectivity. (VNC, PC Anywhere, RDP, Net Meeting, Live Meeting), Exchange, Active Directory, Citrix Handled issues regarding Outlook email (2003/2007), Network printing, Client Antivirus/Firewall (Symantec), Network permissions, spyware, viruses, general slowness, MS Office 2003/2007 Application Errors, analysis of Event logs, SMS installation issues, and VPN (both client and site). Documented all troubleshooting thoroughly in ticketing system (Remedy) Developed/implemented time saving processes by automating repetitive tasks and sharing these with fellow team members. (Mostly using Auto Hotkey scripting)
