Responsibilities included reverse engineering the sales and operations of a smaller, marginally profitable, underfinanced teleservices agency in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Decreasing service delivery times and, developing P&P for the organization to become more customer-centric; creation of sales and marketing programs to increase productivity and track progress; strengthen the company’s strategic alliances in order to develop greater market bench strength. Contributions and Results: Developed and implementation more efficient operations leading to greater customer satisfaction, higher retention levels and, increased sales production Responsible for the transition of a company with dwindling customer base and declining revenues into a profitable sales and service organization. Mapped out the strategic direction responsible for the agency becoming the largest provider of automated order entry and messaging solutions in the State of New Mexico.
