As the top sales manager in the company, I constantly exercised motivation, resourcefulness, and self initiative in carrying out my assigned responsibilities including the recruitment of a team of twelve new sales associates providing them with direction and motivation. Contributions and Results: Recognized by LACC and Bell South Mobility for generating the highest production levels per sales representative while maintaining the lowest team “churn” in the company. Awarded #1 top company sales team-FY 91. Awarded #1 branch sales manager for the entire company-FY 91.
