Daily Duties at Strategic Resource / Workforce Solutions :

Responsibilities included; (1) the sales of recruitment services and, developing a successful technology desk; (2) Recruiting- training for all new sales consultants; (3) The creation-implementation of effective pursuit-strategies and tactics for new client acquisition, networking and cold calling to develop relationships and, subsequent contract negotiations (4) The implementation of Horizontal/Vertical integration sales programs with existing clients to expand the business relationship to other locations and their subsidiaries (5) Partnering with agency clients to create job descriptions, develop sourcing strategies and, build trust and confidence by successfully placing numerous candidates (6) Researching and learning basis SEO principles and techniques in order to develop an ecommerce website promoting online sales of candidate pre-hire testing and assessments . Contributions and Results: Responsible for generating 500+ successfully completed sales, operations and technical service permanent placements Acquired 80% of all new agency clients due to successful networking and, strong closing skills Provided support, ongoing training and, many client assignments for new sales consultants Received training & certification in pre-hire testing, assessment and profiling – PDP Format
