Process engineer during start-up of IBM 200mm factory with subsequent installation of two bipolar technology generations. Key contributor in IBM Essonnes, France to Fishkill, NY technical transfer team. Proposed, and implemented inspection strategy for entire 200mm FAB. Troika team leader improving fab process yield from 85% to 95% as well as team leader for many yield improvement initiatives. Annual ROI $20M ISO9000 trainer certified. Key engineer responsible for installation of Chemical Mechanical Polish (CMP) from development into core manufacturing replacing etch back. Technology enabler improving reliability by 10x.
