Key contributor in IBM Essonnes, France to Fishkill, NY technical transfer team. Proposed, and implemented inspection strategy for entire 200mm FAB. Troika team leader improving fab process yield from 85% to 95% as well as team leader for many yield improvement initiatives. Annual ROI $20M ISO9000 trainer certified. Key engineer responsible for installation of Chemical Mechanical Polish (CMP) from development into core manufacturing replacing etch back. Technology enabler improving reliability by 10x.
