Daily Duties at Philips Semiconductors:
Responsible for transfer of CMOS, SRAM, OTP, and EEprom technologies from factories in the Albuquerque NM, San Antonio TX, Nijmegen, Netherlands, and Singapore to East Fishkill, NY. Responsible for Technology transfer plans, $3M budget, project execution, and complete project documentation. Technology owner for several FAB technologies. Responsible for Technology and Process FMEAs, Process Descriptions, and OCAPs (process control limits). Cross-Functional Team leader of an average of 8 members saving $2M-$5M per year by reducing raw cycle time by three days, reducing process scrap by10% , increasing E-sort yield by 10% (savings $2M-$5M per year), and improving reliability.
