Change Review Board (CRB) Chairman for $200M revenue factory responsible for reviewing, approving, and reporting on all process qualifications (250 per year) and Process Change Notices (2000 per year) in the factory. Created additional $220M annual profit by developing, qualifying, industrializing, and transferring 0.25u CMOS power management chip design platform, doubling battery life in portable media applications. 2008 Business Improvement Competition (BIC) prize winner (from 1200 teams) awarded in Beijing, China. Advisor to over 80 engineers, and mentor to ~10 process engineers. Instructor for BEOL process flow training course. Key contributor for most Quality/ISO site initiatives. East Fishkill site leader for BiCMOS technology and product transfers to plants in Nijmegan, Netherlands and SSMC in Singapore. Site leader integrating advanced packaging and silicon devices. Implemented RDL (redistribution level), BUMA (bump on metal active), and Polyimide options. Key contributor for solving major reliability issue (TMCL passivation cracking) for several technologies.
