As the Unit was too small, has worked as responsible person for all kind of jobs for the Factory. Was directly reporting to the Owner. Also was looking after liaison with all concerned Government Authorities. To arrange transportation for shipment of final product, Negotiation with transport Companies. Co-ordination between Production and Customers was an additional responsibility. Recruitment of man-power as desired by the Owner etc.

FINALY GOT THE REWARD
I was doing own trading business in India. One evening ex-boss called from Egypt and offered a job with him. Has refused with soft language. Has achieved GOAL just before targeted. Management has increased salary by THREE TIMES and also promoted as Manager. So has become first Manager Warehouse for the Alexandria Carbon Black Co. S.A.E, Egypt and also the first one to get this much rise in salary and promotion in a very short time.All my Seniors use to tell for me that " ASSIGN THE WORK TO MUKESH & FORGET IT, IT IS DONE." What else Anybody need in their job carrier ?
