Responsible for IT Customer Service operations at one of Colorado’s largest employers --over 12,000 employees and 155 sites. Managed the Help Desk, Desktop/Server support and IT training (staff of 31). Hired to bring a service focus to IT and improve our image with internal customers. Received 2005 CIO Bold 100 Award for innovative initiatives, the only school district honored with this award.
