Daily Duties at Protein Design Labs:

Performed raw material, in-process and stability testing for proteins. Pure water analysis and development of a cleaning validation using Total Organic Carbon (TOC). Compiled and reviewed data for documentation and compliance. Conducted size exclusion chromatography testing of proteins using HPLC. Wrote SOPs and stability and technical reports. Gained experience with cGMP compliance and laboratory regulatory requirements. • Developed a fluorescent labeled amino acid and a vitamin assay
