Shared Best Known Methods with other shifts enabling a statistically matched output factory on a 24x7 basis. Increased employee satisfaction from previous manager by 15%. Coached and mentored 10 Operations Managers on using progressive discipline, writing performance reviews, applying Situational Leadership skills, and conducting Behavioral Interviews to hire new candidates.
