Daily Duties at Trump Entertainment Resorts :
Developing new recruitment sources and connections while maintaining established relationships. Acts as a liaison with colleges, universities and technical schools Responsible for developing programs for school curriculum. Responsible for development of recruitment advertising and public relations program. Consult with management to identify ideal candidates profile in order to best match candidates. Prescreen potential applicants for appropriate career choices. Partners with staffing manager, staffing supervisor and HR administrators on special programs. Responsible for coordinating housing and transportation assistance if necessary. Ensures applicant referral quality as defined by organizational goals. Assist in administration of new hire procedures. Ensures that recruitment and hiring activities are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policy,
