Daily Duties at Trump Casino Resorts :
Develop and administer short and long term recruitment strategy with emphasis on external sourcing. Coordinate recruitment selecting process for 3 major Atlantic City Hotel Casinos. Ensure selection process remains in compliance with CCC and EEO Labor laws and agreement. Conducts all external job searchs through Internet recruiting, College recruiting, Job Fairs and Community Outreach Programs. Conduct and assist with all Equal opportunity activities. Assist with the coordination of all employee relations activities including; employee development, counseling and motivating and progressive discipline. Coordinated internal interview process. Ensure all pre-employment and other necessary testing is conducting. Provide candidate interview feedback and selection direction to management.
