Daily Duties at Trump Plaza Casino Resorts :
Assists management in the proper interpretation and application of various collective bargaining agreements and proper application of corrective discipline throughout the company. Oversees adherence to terms of labor contract, by monitoring day-to-day implementation of policies concerning wages, hours and working conditions. Counsels management in development and application of labor relations policies and practices. Analyzes all aspects of employment function in order to identify and determine causes of problems in non-union areas and presents recommendations for resolution and/or employment policies, processes and practices. Strong generalized employee and labor relations knowledge. Strong Knowledge of National Labor Relations Act. Grievance handling procedures and contract interpretation.
