Supervised 6 Console Operators and 6 Auto Patrols in a 24/7 operation that monitored all Bank and remote sites in the New York Tri-State area. Monitored additional corporate alarm systems. Monitored and supervised 7 alarm systems for all sites in the Northeast & Texas areas. Provided Security records and monitored information to investigation departments. Programmed Security System providing support for cash and hardware/software technicians.
