Supervise 10 Technicians ensuring that assignments are done and escalating unresolved issues in a 24/7 operation environment supporting internal clients for ATM software, hardware. Back-up to Managers and Supervisors of Retail, Credit Card and Security Help Desks. Monitor and maintain maximum ATM availability for all locations, including Northeast, Texas, Virgin Islands, California using Gasper, Tandem, SMART data systems within the ATM Network. Assure all Servicing and Security policies and procedures are within compliance. Evaluate severity one processes and business procedures aimed to reduce handling time. Coordinate emergency response of vendors to problematic ATM conditions. Monitor ACD metrics averaging 15,000 calls monthly. Review daily reports for metrics, report trending, technical documentation resolving and improve service processes. Vendor Management of NCR, CDC, IBM, Brinks – managing vendors’ SLAs, providing point of contact for escalations for both internal customers and tier 2 resolvers, including problem management and root cause analysis, resulting in a reduction of system down time and minimized loss of revenue. Heavy interaction with vendors and resolver groups to increase availability and customer satisfaction. Manage the distribution of cash to and from 1800 ATMs, averaging $682 million monthly. Kept team focused and bolstered morale throughout insourcing back to the bank from IBM and merger and transition with Heritage Bank One .
