Daily Duties at Jpm Chase Bank:

ATM Performance Supervisor & Bridge Line Operations - Responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience through management of vendor service levels agreements and ATM aesthetics. Meets and exceed stated SLAs and customer experience expectations. Provides high degree of support of Retail Market Segments Reviews data and creates reports to determine ATM/Vendor performance. Meets with retail management to provide analysis, support and training to Branch/Vendor personnel. Site visits to review for quality control. Develops/distributes summary overviews of ATM performance from and regional and fleet perspective. Develops/implements improvement plan for ATMs with unacceptable availability, response time or other issues. Runs Bridge Line in new installs of deposit automation of ATM’s Sets up daily reports and maintaining on demand issues by directing to proper areas for resolution. Training Branch personnel to do First Line Maintenance on ATM ( NCR,Diebold & Wincor)
