Vice President Strategic Account Development (1999)  Developed four products, marketing strategies, brochures, web site, CD’s and conference booth:  Managed account executive staff; facilitated client dispute resolutions; created & negotiated client contracts; provided client insurance consulting for third party contracts;  Created, administered and managed a Telemarketing and Telesales staff. Chief Operating Officer (CMS) (1998 – 1999)  Wrote and implemented the business plan for Certificate Management Solutions; created the company infrastructure; developed sales and marketing plans; managed product creation; determined pricing; Developed strategies to sell and demonstrate product services on the Internet  Hired account executives, sales, marketing and implementation staff; supervised programming consultants; Director of Operations (1997 – 1998)  Developed accounting, budget and financial reporting programs for three corporate divisions;  Approved all expense and accounts payable reimbursements;  Began creation of Certificate Management Solutions (CMS);  Developed the project plan for CMS, created the CMS database structure and workflow analysis;  Determined customer requirements and system needs for the CMS services.
