Daily Duties at Square One Construction:
Prepare documentation for quoted construction projects, inclusive of: RFP’s, G702, G703, Waivers of Lien, certificates of insurance, bonds, permits, etc. Created a purchasing system for monitoring and associating all purchases to quoted projects, in order to analyze and track job costing against projected revenue. Monitor cash flow, transfer funds among bank accounts, prepare receivable statements and manage collections.
