Daily Duties at Atlantic Gulf Communities :
Direct activities of three customer service departments providing servicing, collection and credit approval.Direct service and collection for domestic, Asian and European accounts, managed accounts form contract inception, monthly billing, pro-active and reactive telemarketing, and credit approval for new accounts. Implemented telephone monitoring to improve staff handling or customer inquiries and CSR training and development. Insured compliance of new sales to corporate policy. Coordinated development of contracts tracking and internal audit system. Directed staffs including servicing, telemarketing, collections, credit and support administration.
