P&L responsibility for Global LBS E911 Consulting Services. Responsible from business development phase through the delivery phase. • Managed a group of 26 RF, E911 and Optimization Professionals. Overseeing the deployment, process and operational streamlining of this effort. • Managed an operating budget in excess of $2.7M per year. • Developed and implemented new revenue streams in excess of $2.03M in less then 3 months for LCC. • Implemented new structures to allow for balanced approach to resource allocation. Provided new process systems allowing for consistent approaches to delays and increased quality. Provided an innovative way to track all deliverables across all groups within Project system. • Implemented transparent Risk mitigation efforts to improve quality and address potential issues early on in the deployment process. TruePosition, Inc. – Berwyn, PA E911 Service Provider. (Pre-Divestiture) Program Manager P&L responsibility for large multistate E911 Deployments. Responsible from Business Development phase through the Delivery phase. o Implemented a daily action plans to address historical issues. Provided new process systems allowing for consistent approaches to delays and increased quality. Provided an innovative way to track all deliverables across all groups within Project system. o Developed an online web interface into SAP allowing the sharing of real-time P&L data across the enterprise. More then a million lines of code were created. Enabled transparency across the entire Company. o Converted a discontented customer into a loyal partner within two months to make significant progress in quality of deliverables and timely deployments. o Managed deployments 10% under targets. o Programs ranged fro $10k to $800k, and lasted over 12 months.
