• Directed marketing strategy, tactical planning, execution, and P&L for acquisition of new clients to support a global eCommerce B2B auction marketplace • Optimized all email and corresponding landing pages, resulting in a 30% increase in conversion • Managed and directed the Ad Agency and internal design team for all marketing materials including sales collateral, and presentations • Worked directly with Sales and Product Management to develop cross-selling campaigns and new promotions • Presented the 2007 Marketing plan to the Executive Committee and Sales team
