Daily Duties at C&S Healthy Living Solution Inc., Usa:
Identifies, develops, and implements tactical strategies to drive growth. Develops annual brand marketing budgets and prepares P&L projections and BEA. Design various sales contest among team members to boost performance and overall sales growth. Establishes sales territories and quotas, manages the sales budget, and evaluates sales performance. Administer and trains direct-sales force to achieve sales and profit goals. Supervise, recruit and reviews sales team. Oversees organization’s sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Direct and counsels all press and POP materials. Participates in trade shows. Monitor and mentors 6 direct reports.

Achieved and maintained superior levels of client satisfaction by ensuring the continuous delivery of top quality services prima facie customers.
Developed the channel network of home builders and other real estate developer for the installation of the Electrolux Central Vacuum (ECV) system. Increased gross sales on ECV by 25%.
Devised step-by-step strategic indoor-demonstration of vacuum cleaner, shampooer, and air purifier.
Tactically articulated sales speech alongside demonstration improving the annual closing rate by 30%.
Enhanced customer database by 20% through daily, random ‘door-knocking’ and also through participation in trade shows.
Increased 50% turnover on sales of fast moving CPG item viz. bags, filters, clean sweep chips, UV lights, allergy control products etc. through rigorous tele-calling of the existing customer data base enquiring need for supplies while offering ‘free delivery’. This provided the opportunity for new product demonstration and sales.
Drove 15% growth on overhauling service of old Electrolux vacuum cleaner through introduction of “free indoor service check-up”.
Overall business growth of 150% to $0.5M since 2006.
