Daily Duties at Panorama Press :

 Overall responsibility estimating operations, procedures and practices for company with billings in excess of 25 million dollars.  Developed architecture for Reactive/Responsive estimating system featuring tri-tiered, multi-level pricing structure.  Personally researched and evaluated all Special Projects: cost center valuation, equipment acquisition, long-term pricing commitments, new division start-ups and potential sales personnel.  Directed overhaul of estimating/costing policies and concepts in prep and bindery departments including implementation of new time and materials pricing and establishment of minimum rates.
