Daily Duties at Russell Communications:

•Manage a network team consisting of 9 technicians. •Interface with customers and provide top level support. •Provide presale engineering for future projects. •Troubleshoot networks and telephony applications. Install VOIP products. •Train customers on applications and recommend network migrations. •Interface unified messaging to Microsoft exchange servers. •Test DS1 lines and Wan bandwidth traffic. •Troubleshoot and diagnose firewall and security for networks. •Install and test MPLS networks from Qwest for voice priority. •Budget and submit manpower reports for the union. •Design and schedule access control products for new installations. •Install security systems and Camera controls and integrated to LAN\WAN infrastructures
