-Served as liaison between customer, sales, and manufacturer -Coordinated shipping with freight carrier, customer and factory -Ordered equipment and kept track of all pertinent paperwork including customer purchase order, order acknowledgements, submittal packages, and various other transmittals -Ensured that customers paid according to the contract before start up took place -Recorded progress of project in Great Plains as well as CRM (Netsuite) -Monitored all costs associated with project and maintained backlogs appropriately -Monitored outstanding quotes to customers and their expiration dates -Verified that start-ups took place as scheduled and that the customers were satisfied -Ensured all job folders were in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley
